Return Policy

Three Designing Women values our relationship with you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In an effort to process your returns as efficiently and accurately as possible, we have developed the following guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation!

  • Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) business days of delivery by calling our Customer Service Center from 8AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) at 877-267-4334.

 

  • Within 30 days of the order date, Non-Custom merchandise that is unopened, intact, and sellable can be returned for a merchandise credit. Shipping will not be reimbursed for the original or return order. No restocking fee.

 

  • No returns on Custom or Personalized products (Stamps and Embossers) as we are making the orders per your request.

 

  • All product returns accepted by Three Designing Women will receive a merchandise credit. No cash or credit card refunds will be given.

 

  • Returns must be accompanied by a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) provided by Three Designing Women prior to submitting the return. Items received without a RMA will not be eligible for a merchandise credit.

 

  • All canceled Custom and Personalized orders will incur a $10.00 cancellation fee if production has begun.

 

  • A change order request must be received the same business day order is placed. All change order request received the next business day or thereafter is subject to a remake fee.

 

  • There will be no charge for the remake of Custom and Personalized products that is a result of an error made by Three Designing Women. Remakes will be reproduced within three (3) business days. Items will be ground shipped to either you or your customer at no charge.

 

  • A $22.50 Embosser design remake charge and a $17.50 Stamp design charge will apply for the reproduction of Custom and Personalized products that is the result of an error made by the customer or retailer. These items will be reproduced within three (3) business days. Items will be shipped as selected by the customer or retailer. Shipping and handling charges will apply. Stamper Devices may not be returned to Three Designing Women.

Note: Stamps Designs created from Customer Artwork will incur up to a $37.50 remake fee.
