What do I need to send if I want to use my own art for a stamp?
We need custom artwork to be black and white only and either in a JPG, EPS or AI format. If it is a jpg it needs to be at least 300 DPI. If it is an EPS or AI please make sure everything is converted to outlines. At this time we cannot accept custom artwork for embossers.

How many impressions can I get from my stamp?
It depends on the stamp design you have. Some designs use more ink than others. But it is very easy to add ink so the stamp will last indefinitely.

How do I re-ink my stamp?
Find the red stamp locking button on the side of the stamp. Hold the button down while slightly pushing down on the stamp until the red button clicks and it is locked into place. (Note: You will only need to push it in about 1/4 in) Once locked, the stamp pad will slide out easily by pushing it gently from either side. Put 8 - 12 drops of black water-based ink on the pad - be careful not to over-ink.
Then replace it inside the stamp and you are ready to continue stamping.
(Note: when replacing pad, the inked side faces the bottom of the device.)

How do I change the color of my stamp?
All stamps come with black ink from our factory – we do not change ink colors. However, we offer colored ink kits that includes water based, non-toxic ink, dry replacement pad, and instructions for re-inking. You can switch the color of your custom stamp as many times as you like. Keep the cover on the ink pad that is not in use to prevent it from drying out.
1. Remove the old ink pad. Find the red button on the side of the stamp. This is the stamp locking button. Hold the red button down while slightly pushing down on the stamp until the red button clicks and it is locked into place. (Note: You willl only need to push it in about 1/4 in) Once locked, the stamp pad will slide out easily by pushing it gently from either side.
2. Clean the rubber die. Use a damp paper towel to remove ink from the surface of the stamp. To be sure the image is clean, stamp a few times without an ink pad until the stamp image no longer appears.
3. Re-load the new ink color. Fill the new ink pad with the desired color of ink. Fully
saturate the ink pad, but be careful not to over fill it. For best results, allow the ink in the pad to sit overnight. Slide the new ink pad back in place with the inked side facing the bottom of the device. Make sure it clicks into place and you are ready to continue stamping.

What if I have to have my stamp re-done?
Occasionally there could be an error on your stamp. Do not enter your order online, please call or fax in the instructions, and CLEARLY MARK "REDO" on the order, along with the original Invoice number. If we make an error, we are happy to rush the stamp through at no charge to you. If you have an error, we will rush your stamp through at the regular stamp cost, and give you a price break as soon as we receive the old stamp back.
